Please call our Customer Care department if we failed to pick, package, or quality check your order well.
You may also* call for a "Return Authorization Number" for unopened items and a refund or credit of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee will be discussed.
*Our return and care policies only apply when we are contacted within 30 days of your purchase; except around Halloween, when our policies tighten up like your local retailers, and returns must be both authorized and post-marked for delivery to our returns department before Friday, October 28th, 2011.
